At Refriango, we believe that learning through experiences provides young people with tools that can help them make choices in both their personal and professional lives.
Every month, we welcome an average of 1,000 students from primary school to university, who have the unique opportunity to get an up-close look at the Refriango factory. During the visits, students learn about the beverage production process, from the selection of raw materials, through the quality control laboratories, to the final product. They also explore sustainability initiatives, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how one of the largest beverage industries on the African continent operates.
This experience offers a deeper insight into the industry and its challenges, inspiring future generations.
The visit to Refriango begins with a warm reception at the gate, where our service team greets visitors. Participants receive a brief summary of the tour route and the safety rules to follow during the tour.
The first stop is at Praça Refriango, the heart of our factory. Here, you will receive a detailed presentation about Refriango's history, our mission, vision, and values, and an introduction to our beverage production process. This is the perfect starting point to understand the magnitude and importance of our operations.
The next point on the route is the syrup room, where the base mixtures of our beverages are prepared. Here, visitors can see how the ingredients that flavor our products are combined.

Who can visit the Refriango factory?
All individuals who are interested in visiting the factory, public or private schools, religious institutions, private or state entities, and companies. Children must be accompanied by an adult and must be at least 8 years old.
What are the visiting days?
Visits are conducted 4 times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
How long does the visit last?
The visit lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
